About Riccoboni Construction, LLC: Premium Building & Remodeling Experts

Delivering Elite Residential and Commercial General Contracting Across the Texas Hill Country Since 2020

Founded in September of 2020, Riccoboni Construction, LLC was built on a simple but powerful premise: to deliver an elite tier of construction craftsmanship completely free from the frustrating delays and communication breakdowns of the traditional contracting model. Over the past six years, we have successfully executed a vast portfolio of diverse residential and commercial projects across Dripping Springs, Austin, and Westlake. From down-to-the-studs luxury home modernizations and structural additions to precision commercial build-outs, our team has earned a reputation for absolute reliability, structural integrity, and transparent execution.

What truly sets Riccoboni Construction apart as a premier general contractor is our unique operational structure. While most builders completely outsource their mechanical requirements to unpredictable third-party crews, we have spent years cultivating a highly skilled, dedicated in-house team of licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC specialists. This gives us total, unyielding control over our project timelines, safety protocols, and build quality. Whether we are transforming a master bath into a luxury spa retreat or managing a large-scale commercial renovation, our clients receive the peace of mind that comes with true single-source accountability and world-class Texas craftsmanship.

FAQ

  • Do you handle both residential remodeling and commercial construction?

Yes. Since our founding in September of 2020, we have built an extensive portfolio that encompasses both luxury residential transformations (including kitchen, bathroom, and structural whole-home additions) and complex commercial build-outs. Our deep understanding of both rigorous commercial structural engineering and fine residential finish-work allows us to bring unparalleled technical expertise to every job site.

  • Are you fully licensed and insured to operate in Texas?

Yes. Riccoboni Construction, LLC is a licensed and insured general contracting firm. Our HVAC work is done in house under Texas license TACLB00149738E, and electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed third-party trades that we schedule and coordinate. We pull all necessary local permits and adhere to applicable building codes on every project.

  • How much does a luxury home remodel cost in Austin?

Luxury remodel costs vary based on the size of the home, existing conditions, finishes, structural modifications, and overall scope. A detailed project budget is developed after reviewing the property, plans, and goals of the homeowner.

  • How long does a whole-home remodel take?

Most whole-home remodels take approximately 6–12 months once construction begins. Larger or more complex projects involving structural changes, additions, custom finishes, or extensive permitting may take longer. We establish a project schedule based on the specific scope of work.

  • Do you handle design?

Yes. We can coordinate the design process with trusted third-party designers and other professionals. Our construction team works alongside the design team to help ensure the project is practical, buildable, and aligned with the client's budget and goals.

  • Do you provide architectural/design services?

Architectural and design services are provided through qualified third-party professionals. Riccoboni Construction can coordinate directly with architects, designers, engineers, and other consultants throughout planning and construction.

  • Do you remodel occupied homes?

Yes. We regularly work in occupied homes and take precautions to protect existing finishes, control dust and debris, maintain a clean jobsite, and minimize disruption. Depending on the extent of a renovation, temporary relocation may sometimes be recommended.

  • What areas do you serve?

Riccoboni Construction serves Austin and surrounding Central Texas communities, including Dripping Springs, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and surrounding areas. We may travel farther depending on the size and scope of the project.

  • Do you handle permits?

Yes. When permits are required, Riccoboni Construction can coordinate the applicable permitting and inspection process for the project, including building and trade permits associated with our work.

  • What is your minimum project size?

We handle projects of all sizes, from smaller repairs and improvements to kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and major construction projects. There is no one-size-fits-all project minimum—contact us with your scope, and we can determine the best way to assist.

  • How early should we contact Riccoboni?

As early as possible. Smaller projects can often be scheduled more quickly, while larger renovations and additions benefit from early planning. For major projects, contacting us 3–6 months before your desired construction start date allows time for design coordination, budgeting, permitting, material selections, and scheduling.

  • Do you work on historic homes?

Yes. We work on older and historic homes throughout the Austin area. These properties can require additional planning due to existing construction methods, structural conditions, older mechanical systems, and permitting or historic requirements. We coordinate the appropriate trades and professionals based on the project.

  • Do you do additions?

Yes. Riccoboni Construction handles residential additions ranging from smaller expansions to major additions, including bedrooms, bathrooms, primary suites, kitchens, living spaces, and second-story additions. We can coordinate third-party design and engineering, permitting, construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and final inspections.
